The 2-way coaxial speaker WRS 16.2 is specially developed for use in maritime areas or in damp rooms designed and offers in addition to the mandatory excellent sound performance a high level of robustness and moisture resistance. The loudspeaker corresponds to both the IPX6 standard as well as the ASTM-B117 standard, the salt water resistance certified and presents itself as the ideal partner at sea. UV-rays can the sound converter, only a mounting depth of 60 mm technology, will do it no harm. The coated polypropylene membrane of the woofer with dynamic surround for high efficiency and the polycarbonate tweeters are protected by an integral design speaker grille and sit in a sturdy ABS-basket. The drive is provided by an interior high power ferrite magnetic system.
